everything in the human body does, doesnt mean you can confuse them.
you can change what your muscles do, and what they lift. but that simply means adding weight, rep and set.
guy makes billions off doing 5 stages of different workouts, when you could potentially do 2 stages with different weights reps and sets. in different order, day of the week, and time of day.
when you reach a certain peak in your cardio level, you dont confuse your heart.
you up your cardio, into harder and more intense situations.no such thing as muscfle confusion IMO
