I see, wouldnt a Light res/-Requirements me best? 'luxury' mods as 7 fhr and 10@?

I guess you do have it for your cold setup, but you made it sound like it wasn't necessary based on other gear.

Like I said in the old topic, warmth is not optional.

I like to see the build finally... looks nice, skill/stats etc are done as usual...

Here's what I think you could mention:

With a gg Craft Belt (FCR, STR, Life, FHR, whatever...) you can save some stats and get a lot more Life at the (low) cost of +1 skill...

Same goes for the weapon: I don't think Wizzy = auto-fail, ImO there are builds (especially when your item pool is limited and you need to stack CR) in which it is superior to other weapons, but for a Vita Build you should mention (or even keep in stash/use) Suicide Branch...

Branch doesn't need Dex on equipment to be usable, so you could get rings with better affixes / higher STR (crafts), and gain Life again... also for a Vita Branch comes with Life on its own... and it is a great amount of life for a weapon.
+ It also has decent Resists, +1 skill AND will never require -Req. Jewels to use... so again, you could simply socket 20/15 or FHR/adds Jewels to gain more life effectively...

Is it just me, or does the life in the fire ss look edited...
