I've played light sorcs for a long time (maybe too long), and this build of yours could pretty much rape svs.
The only bad thing here (not about guide, but sorc itself) is the lightning range. Too short, too slow. Doesn't really give you the chance to mess up like fire/cold sorcs can. And while a fire sorc can be played by a complete retard and still be effective, light needs some massive aim skills and prediction -.-
But of course, style points for using light
