DBS bench press 4x5
Rear Delt Raise or Side dbs raise 3x8

Is this a once a day routine for upper body? Idk this just looks fail to me.

5-day split for the win.

Looks like you're specializing in really high weight low reps... and yet you're doing all upper body in a day?

Going to have to give this a 3/10... it'll keep you fit maybe? But I wouldn't expect it'd get you anywhere.

More dips, more chinups. Both are great. ^_^ But at least cut your upper body into two days. Preferably more.

Day1: Chest & Tri Light
Day2: Back & Bi Light
Day3: Rest
Day4: Shoulders
Day5: Bi & Tri Heavy
Day6: Legs
Day7: Rest

For me this has been insanely better than even a 4-day split. So I can't imagine how shitty a 1-day or 2-day would be.

You want to get big, work everything out.

5-day split, don't ignore any of it.

it's not bad exercise selection but i'd do more pullups

depends on split to give it rating ^^
