Looks like you're specializing in really high weight low reps... and yet you're doing all upper body in a day?
Going to have to give this a 3/10... it'll keep you fit maybe? But I wouldn't expect it'd get you anywhere.
More dips, more chinups. Both are great.
But at least cut your upper body into two days. Preferably more.
Day1: Chest & Tri Light
Day2: Back & Bi Light
Day3: Rest
Day4: Shoulders
Day5: Bi & Tri Heavy
Day6: Legs
Day7: Rest
For me this has been insanely better than even a 4-day split. So I can't imagine how shitty a 1-day or 2-day would be.
