Yeh I meant es fb sorc as in "easy fireball sorceress" as in "ownage fireball sorceress" as in pure vitality build.
But I've seen 200% fcr sorcs teleport to baal without any double teleport.
Double teleport comes from low fcr.

double teleport comes from bad connection which can't handle fast casting.
You couldn't see sorc teleporting at 200fcr, because you would have to actually be the teleporting person.
you can't judge double teleports if you can only see 1-2 casting animations o_0

105 for es block
200 fcr for pure vita non block ones
however if you got unlimited funds and play in US servers (bug mana charms available) you can to a 200 fcr es sorc ^^

200 fcr w/ 142 fhr w/ 70% es (tk maxed) w/ 2k life n 2.2k mana = this one looks inersting. Will test it in sp ^^

My internet connection sucks compared to others
Me and another hdin both had 125% fcr breakpoints but I was teleporting literally half the speed he was.
If I went any faster, I would've double teleported...

105 FCR / 95 ES / MB FireBall Sorc is pretty much the best overall build and nice for pubs and TvTs...

I recommend 200 FCR build only if your budget allows you to get some rly good Rares/Crafts, because it is very likely to suck if you can't...

Also 200 FCR Vita Baller = for more experienced players ImO.
