I've noticed with es fb sorcs (energy shield fireball sorceresses) that some of them go for 63% fcr, some go for 105% fcr and some go for 200% fcr.
Some people say that 200% fcr is such a waste and it costs you so much to reach it, but I think that it is well worth it.
The best fireball sorcs that I have dueled have all gone for the 200% fcr breakpoint.
The fastest, most popular baal runs all have 200% fcr sorcs in it.
And, with 200% fcr you can pretty much stunlock someone with fireball even if they have max fhr and fcr.
How much fcr do you think is best for a es fb sorc to have (remember: higher fcr costs you such as less life and damage)?

300% FCR>

Personally, I've never seen a 200fr sorc in a baalrun.
Most use 105fcr, because you gain a lot more survivability this way.
Going ES route with 200fcr will bring you low life, no block, low mana (compared to 105fcr).
No fire sorc should ever use 63fcr - this is only for some dmg freak blizz sorcs.

couse 63fcr is to low on fireball

couse 200fcr wil cost you 25% damage 40% mana, and you double tele alot

thats why they all take 105fcr

200 fcr is for vitality builds.
Go for 105 fcr with es.
