i have another build that i think is better than those

griffon (jah)
coh
eshuta (5-5)
storm (ber) (dex for max block)
2x 10 fcr rings (both must have 20 strenght and some dex mana res
magefist
arach
sands
anni\torch 20 stats

switch to cta \ spirit (better bo)

energy = base
strenght to reach 156 (not that much, i dont remember exactly)
vitality all the rest
dex for max block

for the gcs i use light skillers with 12 fhr to reach 86
a couple of skillers with 30+ life
2 x 5fhr\17mana scs
the rest are 20 life scs or life mana

with this build you hit the 115 fcr breakpoint (lightning and chain lightningh doesnt break at 105 (take a test))
you have 49 % damage reduction (in pvp the cap is 50%)
about 2k life (with bo)
all the mana you need (with bo)

add a mercenary with inifnity \dream\ stone or forty and you are godlike
pretty like unkillable in pvm
pretty like unkillable in pvp (with some skill)

actually the fcr breakpoint for lightning and chain is 117, which is
easily obtained by hoto, spirit, griff and arach so yea you can wear
COH for that setup without sacrificing fcr

however, going for
the 117 fcr breakpoint with a voulge infinity will just require too
many gear adjustments in my opinion, as you'd need to put on a
vipermagi (30), griff (25), fletch or fcr light ammy (20) arach (20),
magefist (20), and fcr ring (10). You lose the 40% mana from frostburns
in that setup, which will make you too fragile in my opinion

now echuta or hoto:
if you're going vita build i'll probably do the echuta...i mean one hit will probably kill you anyway
if
you're going es though, remember that hoto increases maximum mana by
15%, has 40 resists, 10 dex, and 20replenishlife. I'd probably go for
that, but if you really want damage i guess an echuta is interchangable
too

this is maybe good for PvM build, but not PvP sry

use fletch, not arach, get a fhr str res mana life belt to go along with. I also recommend using 3-20-2 light circlet and putting sur-sur inside for 10% increase on mana
