the bottom line is that ppl need res vs cold sorcs.

please each of you give the amount of res + raven that you consider GM, and we will test it.

jims cold sorc @ 49 was damage, not -res, since -res is negated by mass res. the -res build is sound if you are in pubs but in tournaments such as this there are just too many ppl that have alot of res.

There is no chance in hell you will ever get close enough to hit with your orbs.
So you have to try a kill the assasin by using lvl 1blizzard (with + skills from items ofc)
But raven + outstack vs lvl 1blizzard is imposible.

Well yes it depends on matchups , since not every char can stack 320-330+ that easily or have the budget for it.
And even if you cant hit a trapper with orb since the range is low , that doesnt mean stack shouldnt be allowed since when you do have a chance with orb
you will almost 1-2 hit any char.

I see your point, and yes many chars shouldnt have a limit on stacking.
However those chars who have a 95% chance of beating orbers shouldnt be allowed to do it imo.
Just like not every char should be allowed to use tgods vs javas...
