I think if you took a skilled but naked zon and slapped a windy on her, the difference would STILL be vast between Windy and WWS. (assuming they had the same attack speed + skill lvl)
For some reason it just straight up SUCKS when you actually get it in the game.
It doesn't suck, but it's much better suited to a welfare strafer at the start of a ladder, where just an upped WWS, twitch armour, low mf travs and cats eye is sufficient.
As you get better items windforce will just keep on getting better than a WWS, and in my opinion, a WWS is just a cheap but efficient bow you use at a ladder start when you're still aquiring wealth.
