Alright thanks man..how long do you think it'd take to cut to 10%? let's assume im at least 16% even not lower, just for the sake of it

I was gonna start cutting not this monday but the next..how long do you think it would take to cut that much fat down? im also gonna stop creatine so ill probably drop alot of water in there too.

Assuming that you are 16% and you start cutting monday and stay strict to form for cutting, you can expect to see yourself at 10% in 5-6 weeks.

I recently Bought this Stuff called "Muscle Juice". The Only reason i bought it was because of its good amounts of protein and most importantly its cost. $28 for 10lbs, you can't beat that price. I started doing research on it and did not relize till after i bought it, it has 60g of sugar in each serving (serving size 4 scoops). I was just curious what you think would be negative side effects to that, lot of reviews said that it was really good and rated tens, some said that it tasted to sugary and did not mix well, and others said it should be called fat juice because it makes u fat. Im 4-7% body fat right now, really good shape, i play ball 3x a week, along with HIT plyos and HIT weight training 5x a week with great splits on my workout. I wanted a protein to last me a long time thats the reason i bought this seeing how i am full time college student i work and i have bills to pay at my apartment. let me know your opinion on this supplement man thanks.

Hey Raynor.

I would like to know what you think about a vegetarian diet (tofu, etc) and if there is a such diet capable of giving the nutriments I need.
By the way, your program is great, lost 2.5lbs this week! ^_^

Thanks

Hey,

Can you give me some advice to get some definition? I'm 150lb, but it seems that I can't get definition anywhere on my body other than my back and my legs which I barely train.

There are special braces for this. However, I would advise seeing a good "hand doctor" first. They can easily figure out if a brace, corticosteroids, or surgery is the best option.

Well it all depends.

First of all it would be best taken POST WORKOUT and first thing in the morning because of the massive sugar content. However, PWO sugar is essential! So 60g, although excessive, should not be a problem for someone in such good shape as yourself, as well as someone with such an apparently high metabolism. Give it a shot and if you see negative effects, stop using it.

Hey there.

Yes there is a vegetarian diet, although it is NOT recommended. Meats are an essential part of anyone's diet, and unless you have religious or moral reasons for avoiding meat, I suggest you do not go the vegetarian route. Humans are genetically meant to be omnivores (veggies, meat, beans, etc - all forms of nutrition).

If you are interested, here is a sample veggie BULKING diet:

You already have a good physique for someone of 150 lbs.

I would keep at it, focusing extra hard on the areas which are eluding you. If you desire further definition in the arms/abs/delts/chest, you should try hitting those spots 2x per week, and using breakdown sets, drop sets, failure sets, and supersets.

The only way you are going to stimulate extra definition is either through fat loss (you are already pretty low BF), or through increased muscle stimulation.

If you want, try out my hypertrophy plan which can be modified to adjust to increased work on those particular muscle groups.
