Hey! :)

What do you think of these yoghurt drinks? I'm not sure if they're popular where you live, but they are here, and I was wondering what you'd think of drinking them.

Protein: 3.5 grams
Sugar: 8.5 grams
Fat: 0,1 grams

I have a very fast metabolism, but what do you think of having something like this daily?

my left elbow hurts doing tricep exercises. Sup with that?

Common problem. Try changing the angle. If you are using a straight grip, use an angled grip. Also try wide/narrow, etc.

If you can not find ANY relief with different angles/grips, you may need to wrap the elbow. There is a possibility of tendinitis.

How long have you had the issue?

It seems to be very low in calories and macros, however for an active individual such as you I see no reason not to enjoy them as necessary.

15-16% approximately, but I would definitely get a set of body fat calipers to be sure. It's very hard for me to make a judgement via the internet on BF issues mostly because of a lot of variables (such as fat distribution, resting muscle, extra skin, etc)

However I would assume you are right around the range stated above.

Alright thanks man..how long do you think it'd take to cut to 10%? let's assume im at least 16% even not lower, just for the sake of it

I was gonna start cutting not this monday but the next..how long do you think it would take to cut that much fat down? im also gonna stop creatine so ill probably drop alot of water in there too.
