Hey Raynor, get back to me through PM whenever you can!

I'm 5'8, 155-160 ( water weight )
I'm a powerlifter/rugby player

Bench: 185,
Squat: 315,
Deadlift: 345
C & J: 185lbs

I'm a pretty stronk fella if I say so myself. The biggest thing i'm running into right now is my diet. I'm not very keen on it at all. I eat out almost EVERY weekend at mcdons/fastfood/mall food. I know what I should eat, but I fall to easily into spending money on junk food.

My goal: Clean bulk, clean up my diet A LOT and get all 4 of my lifts up

What I need from you:
A diet plan ( if possible ) Usually when someone tells me to do something, I do it and follow through with it because I don't give up on anything, especially if it's for my health and physicality.
Routines, New workouts. etc.

Supplements I'm taking : gold standard whey protein

Random question: What exactly is BCAAs and what exactly does fish oil and BCAAs do for you?

If this is too much to ask, I will find a way to get forum gold.
Thanks in advance.

hey bro

thursday morning i ended up getting a stomach flu, which consisted of puking/shitting every 2 hours for 12 hours straight.

I didnt eat anything for 24 except the oatmeal i had thursday morning b4 i got sick. So friday rolls around and i feel better but my stomach is questionable.

i drank only water, ginger al and my diet consisted of very few toasts and some chicken noodle soup. I weighed myself mid day friday and i ended up losing 9lbs! (200-191)

i was so pissed at first but then thought, " well it cant be good weight, so im fine" Well now its saturday morning ( hvnt vomited in a day ) and i weighed myself at 185!!

that means i lost 15lbs in a matter of 2 days. Now im getting worried, am i losing tons of muscle? are my gains going to shit?

help :(

I assure you that virtually all of that weight was from waste and water. You can not catabolize muscle and fat that quickly even under the most extreme circumstances. Remember a pound of fat is equivilent to 3,500 calories. You did not burn 3,500 each day you did not eat. Even if you had, that would be approx 2 lbs of fat and maybe .25 lbs muscle and misc if it was really extreme.

Either way, don't worry about it, the moment you start eating properly and rehydrating and replenishing glycogen as well as minerals and nutrients you will go right back to where you were.

hey raynor, could i replace 4 eggs in the morning with 3 cups of milk + 2 scoops of whey?

I would prefer if you replaced it with 2 scoops of whey + water (for immediate delivery first thing in the morning) then about 30 minutes after drinking the shake you can have milk. Do not drink them at the same time or you will slow the digestion of they whey considerably which is undesirable first thing in the morning

I'm at the point where I am to underweight, based off of my genetics and metabolism. Currently 6'2'', 148 pounds, way to skinny based off of BMI, I am a Kinesiology major, but I've tried everything, upping calorie consumption, eating 5-6 meals a day, etc..

I hope you can answer the following questions for me:
Is is possible to gain 30-35 pounds of fat/muscle in a year, + water weight of course? Currently I take Cytogainer.

2. Everyone wants to be symetrical, but I've played sports all my life (right hand dominance), naturally my chest, right arm are stronger than my left arm, chest, making it noticeably different. I also known my left left and left core makes up for it, they have more definition, should I see them even out my lifting the same weight or should I lift more on the left side?

I also want to see large arm increases, can I do arms twice a week?

Hope you can give me a caloric plan also, I burn calories eating ice cream on the couch watching football...

your diet looks very good to me except for a few things that I will modify/clarify:

Bf: 4 whole eggs (cooked with olive oil) + handful of mixed nuts
dinner : 6oz (170 grams) chicken cooked in olive oil + 1 oz (60 grams) cheese + 2 cups greens
snack : 40g protein isolate shake (40g of protein, not the weight of the shake) + handful mixed nuts or 1 tbsp peanut butter
supper : 5oz (140 grams) red meat + greens cooked w/ olive oil
snack : 40g protein isolate shake (40g of protein, not the weight of the shake) + 1 oz (60g) cheese
pre bed: 1 cup (approx 110 grams) cottage cheese + mixed nuts or 1 tbsp peanut butter
