It feels kinda like a bruise when I press on it, if I drew a circle around my stomach it would be at the height where the top of my pelvis ends, it hurts when I'm bending over at work (weeding/weed whacking, sometimes picking up stuff when I bend with my back, the pain isn't exacerbated by additional weight eg picking up rocks with bad form it's persisted for over a month it's right on the spine and feels like it's on the bottom of one of the discs, any suggestions??

Hi Ray,

My friend said taking a shot of the unfiltered unpasteurized organic Bragg's apple cider vinegar is good for you and cleans out lactic acid so you don't get sore from your lifting. Any validity to this claim? I tried it prework out and it burned my esophagus and stomach for an hour so I'm not going to do it unless it's actually a real claim. I also couldn't feel "less sore" the next day as he claimed. He also said it's pretty much the closest thing to a miracle natural medicine for everything.

Also, if this is allowed, since I'm on your ckd recommendation, can I chase it with heavy cream so it acts as a buffer to maybe ease the acidic burn that I'm feeling inside me?

-btw progress is going well. Just stubborn lower stomach fat and sides of my lower back. Everywhere else i definitely notice the fat gone. Any suggestions to get rid of the other two troubled spots that is being extremely stubborn after day 23 of your keto plan?

Have you been diagnosed with any issues? Also, when did this begin? Did you have any injuries?

ACV is good, but certainly not a miracle medicine of any type. There is no validity to taking ACV to help prevent lactic acid WHILE you are lifting. The soreness you feel the next day is DOMS (Delayed onset muscle soreness) which has to do with the muscles being torn from lifting (prior to repair). I wouldn't advise taking shots of ACV. You can, however, use it in your food.

Secondly, just keep losing fat and it will come off those areas eventually - there is no way to spot reduce unfortunately.

Only when training legs - if you have high arches (supination) you should definitely keep support when walking or conducting daily activities. However, training without shoes is extremely beneficial for legs days, as it forces all the muscles to engage, and in this case, can greatly assist you with beating the condition you are striving to eradicate.

Ok thank you, I appreciate your time

Almost any of them are good. Stick to highly reviewed ones and you shouldn't have any issues.

Began about 2 months ago, I had a lower back injury last year from improper squat form but that was muscle damage. I think it's from my awful squat form (I've completely stopped squatting)
