Also Sunday I woke up at 200 lbs flat.
Today woke up at around 203, skipped 1 day at gym and ate bad mon and tues.
I got 4 days till next weigh in, would it be ok if I did a 1.5k cal deficit on food, plus maybe like 500 from cardio.
Would be 8k cals, not even going to get me back to 200 by Sunday lol.

I would be eating 1500 cals a day but only for 4 days.

Dont worry about a day-to-day weigh in...that needs to stop.

Weigh in ONCE per week on the same day, at the same time, under the same conditions, on the same scale.

Example:

Sunday morning, 8am, after waking up, after urinating, wearing boxer shorts, before eating/drinking, on the bathroom scale.

You will not randomly gain 2-3 lbs of fat from a cheat meal. The body fluctuates water weight considerably by the day.

Keep doing what you're doing, you'll make great progress in due time.

whats ur opinion on Stronglift 5x5? can u make any mass gains off of it? i feel 3 exercises per day isnt much and i'd be missing out by not doing accessory exercises...but the program says strictly do the 3 main lifts

It's OK. Mostly for POWER training. My 5x5 program is more comprehensive

What routines have you used? Also, 19% BF is fairly high. I would recommend a cutting cycle, followed up by a hard rebound.

i work for a bottled water delivery company. i just heard there's some sort of new law regarding BPA plastic (dunno details), so walmart will soon only sell PET for the Primo Water jugs in the racks instead of the BPA bottles. thought you'd be pleased to hear it.

That's very good news.

I know that Zerpyrhills switched over to non-bpa plastic a few years ago.

BPA plastics are absolutely horrible and should never have been used in anything that holds food/beverage.
