i think you should make enigma a must... and cut out the others.. as without teleport the druid is at a huge disadvantage

for charms 20/5 resist will also do fine
also for gloves and rings and boots and belt i think magefist, 2 x 10 fcr duped rings, and a duped rare boots, arachnids will be a must (no exceptions) because magefists adds 20 fcr and fast % regenerate mana... also the rare rings usually add lots of resist that you can stack up so you can be good against all elemental characters... and also the rare boots will have 20 fhr and help with str and resists... so you can add less in str and more in energy... arachnids is a must for 20 fcr and 1 skill... as its better to get 99% to reach the 2nd highest bp...
for the str... if the gear i said is used... you will get 2 str from shako, 5 from maras, 17-19 str from rare boots, 60 from enigma ( at lvl 80 ) and 24 from rings( if you use bitterbands ) and 10-20 from anni... so to sum it up... 2 + 5 + 17 + 60 + 10 = 94 str minimum added from gear... 35 + 94 = 129... which means you will only need to add... 156 - 129 = 27 points into str... some 170-200 to dex (not sure the amount needed for 75% block with ss)... or you will need to add none if you use bitterbands, have a good stat anni, and a low require enigma... with this said.. i estimate around 4.5-5.5k life with bo and oak sage

btw ele druids have crazy resists...i um'd my stormshield so i get 87 to cold and 57 to light, 30 from maras, 40 from hoto, 40+ for cold/light/fire ~ using wraith band ~ 9x 20/5 scs - 45 to all, 20 to all - anni... and also rare rings... 30 for all... 124 to cold ( or 124 to fire.. i have 2 bitter/2 runeloop depending on who i duel) which ends up being.. 386 cold resist(using 2x bb), 356 light resist(using 2x rl), and 205 to the rest... < - which i believe is a lot of resist
