I'd say , take off LoH , you already have max ias , and use trang gloves , the psn dmg adds since you have greif. Get rid of waterwals , you'll need at least 216 to dex at lvl 98. And use uped hotspurs to stack the fireres you'll miss without LoH.

Another way , keep LoH , ( still change boots ) , get rid of highlords and use metagrid. I use metalgrid and i have 21 k ar and stacked resist , chaos doesnt touch me. other then that , Great build.

I also removed a raven frost and added a dwarf star. Mages were still starting to hurt me , and the df has minus magic dmg. And fire sorb , so it all around helped. Its worth sacrificing a vit points for dex.

i dont really find spurs necesary, since its a whole item for only fire res. venoms never really boterhed me, and i thought the ww's was plenty

I made a chaos barbarian exactly to match this guide but there is only 1 problem... When baal's minions (the undead ones) spawn they are immune to magic and I just can't kill them unless I want to spend 30mins clearing em. Any suggestions? swap to some other weapon?

CB, I checked and with the gear you lose 1 attack breakpoint, from 2.7 attacks per second to 2.5 attacks per second. I dunno I am interested in making a cs zerker barb but I love the classic Ebotd CB, rather than grief but I have never made one so I can't say first hand how it is.
