The Federal Reserve bank.
Which is a privately owned bank and is no more connected to the government than Federal Express is.
They print it and sell it (with interest) to the government to be distributed out.
The money plus the interest owed to the Federal Reserve is called the national debt.
So you see, no matter how much money is printed, we will ALWAYS owe more.
It's a rigged game and a core reason to how they have stolen everything away from us.

I assure you I don't report people just because I disagree with them. It's the most cowardly pathetic act of "crying to mommy" aka hitting report and hoping a mod punishes for you. Such actions are for the spineless.
But you have a very long history of just straight up spamming and despite how many times you are proven wrong to always come back and just repeat "Na I am right you are wrong REEEEEE!" or something to that effect.
