Technically I didn't

I told her we need to separate because we weren't communicating and it was going to shit

She said ok and over the next week or so we talked more and we're going to figure out what we were doing

Talking on and off for the next month or so and when I tried to get back with her officially she had changed her mind and now she didn't want to get back

So no I didn't call it off, she did


And in any case how is it relevant who called it off initially


I you break up with someone and a week later try to get them back and they say no.. they broke up with you

This is the height of delusion. If you break up with someone and then later try to get them back and they say no, you still are the one who called it off. If anything this just means they have self respect and aren't going to date someone who broke up with them one week and then wanted them back the next.
