She said ok and over the next week or so we talked more and we're going to figure out what we were doing

Talking on and off for the next month or so and when I tried to get back with her officially she had changed her mind and now she didn't want to get back

So no I didn't call it off, she did


And in any case how is it relevant who called it off initially


I you break up with someone and a week later try to get them back and they say no.. they broke up with you
