If i offer a star upgrade for fg how that works?
I pay 300fg and get a random star then?
Or can i choose the colour??

You can't freely choose the color of the star that you're trying to unlock, but instead each donor star is tied to a certain donation amount that is confidential.

In order for you to unlock donor stars with your fg, you can refer to this guide: https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=71294937.
Another option is unlocking stars in the donor forum - should you have access to that forum already you can find a seperate guide in there.

Stars are unlocked by Purchasing more Forum Gold, or Adding Star Upgrades. All star amounts are confidential

As stated above, the star prices are confidential, meaning 'not to be talked about'.
If you're interested in getting donor stars, you could just start by exploring the tools I've linked in my previous post and learn as you go. :)
