You can find server rams on eBay for super cheap. Like 64 gb of it can cost 20 bucks and brand is Samsung. I noticed the work station is counted as server system to accept these rams.

Stuff like this?

If so it's because it's used and also DDR3. Not much use cases besides cheap workstations or other servers

In that case you just have to check if ECC(server ram) is compatible with your motherboard. Some cannot run this type of ram

The Z440 and Z230 can run ECC. If you have another workstation, just google the model and add specs to the end and it'll bring you to the specifications page https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04506309

I think the Z440 is the highest in the 400 series. There's a Z640 with a 925w PSU but idk if it fits your needs
Z440 has two different PSUs, some have 525W and others have 700W from this link https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04506309

Also noticed and saw a z640 inside and it may not run long gpu due to plastic blocks at the end.

Not sure, I linked the specs above but you can change out the PSU as well if you need to. Just check the Rx 7600 specs as well to see how much wattage it uses
