Please need forum for this

Not having a sub forum for this game on release would be a huge disservice to this website and a big missed opportunity.

Looks like they're aiming to curb 3rd party trading.
We'll see what they have planned, hopefully they solve the problem so the in game community can thrive.

I mean, thats nice he said that, but they cant stop it no matter what.

I post on JSP that i have a 2/3/4 LP item for trade and you want to buy it, you offer 5k FG for the item and then i can go trade it to you in person.

There is nothing they can do to stop that if you are both playing 'trade'

Without knowing what they have in store its impossible to tell.
I'm guessing something to do with favor, maybe a tax.
Who knows, I'm sure it wont hit their bottom line if they stop all 600 (giving credit) d2jsp players from trading.

shitty take from their dev. free economy in an online aRPG is essential for it to flourish. by them doing that, they will only hurt their game longevity wise. jsp is irrelevant

We'll see, looks like everything you need is in game according to them.

Like i said, there is NOTHING they can do to stop RMT/JSP. They already are preventing it in a VERY smart way by forcing a player to pick TRADE and then LEVEL UP their faction to an amount to trade LP items / Legendaries.

That alone prevents RMT by a wide margin. That doesnt stop it, theres nothing more than that they can do. Someone will post an item on JSP for trade thats valuable and somemone will buy it.

LP items will be selling like hotcakes for jsp/rmt.

1 time trade + favor tax sounds like something that might slow it down pretty good.
I'm wondering if that's the play from them.
Of course you can't stop it, I'm just curious the play to slow it.

I'm down for a pure in game economy with a bit of jsp sprinkled in on (big sales) sounds good to me.
