Multiple of these suggestions are solid :) I specifically think it’d be pretty fun to be able to see big achievements announced like every 10 prof ranks, hardcore deaths, high ee/stat items, etc. Oh and getting rid of those bright colored maps would be amazing ^_^
yeah why not right? More community involvement and sharing. Also if people want to stare at blinding white light they can of course but no one can handle it lol it's terrible for our eyes.

Yeah having an actual community type of in game event would be sick and it would bring people together regardless of guilds.
ALso option 10 is a lot of possible fishing buffs. Hard to choose
