migraines are when toxins enter the blood brain barrier from the gut or vise versa. clove (strong spice) and salty potato broth(freshly cooked) will inhibit. "roots" for core issues. turmeric in the broth or separate as a tea will restore the BBB endorphins.

migraines are worse than ever in the world because of radiation allowing for all harmful chemicals in the air, food and water to enter the brain. eating clean and cooked is important as its ever been.

the term migraines "my graines" is heavily associated w/ glyphosate in the breads or the worlds grains(highest in oatmeal via cross contamination).
