Poles waited too long and should have traded Fields before free agency. Everyone got QBs and Fields isn't good enough to step in as a starter, makes his value plummet.
Could have gotten a 3rd or 4th before free agency I'm sure

Dumb.

KA was set to make $34,700,000 alone next year at 31. Who’s going to pay top dollar to trade for an aging WR and then pay him $35M? Not to mention he is injury prone. If the chargers kept him and he got hurt next year, who’s taking on that contract? Absolutely nobody.
