Haven't been on in a longass time. Got dumped 3 months ago (lost a LOT of mass when this happened, was down to 140lb), manned up & got 3 jobs, have a new (much hotter) girlfriend, but am pretty much emaciated from no time to eat & a diet consisting of protein shakes, protein bars & energy drinks. Feeling pretty fucking good about the upcoming school year, as I'm rooming with a good friend of mine who's a healthy eater/will be my gymmate.

In all honesty, EAT!
Ur body is starving, and it is more or less WORTHLESS to lift (In a gaining muscle sense of way) without eating sufficient amount of calories.
Get high calorie foods in. In ur case I would even turn to some "dirty" higher calorie meals.
- Put peanutbutter in ur protein shakes
- Chocolate milk
- Poptarts
- Icecream
Go to subway & get a footlong.... dont need to eat it in one sitting but eat it throughout the day when u have the time.
