Now that I'm done with baseball I wanna put on some muscle, I'm small... 5'7 160ish, never worked out for size, this is my starting pic about a month ago (terrible lights), and I dunno how to post it in a thread if anyone wants to do that for me

Looking at the first 2 pictures, i'd say you need to lay off the arm work and get to your shoulders/chest/back.
