Yeah. Dat weight starts feeling supa heavy on le joints. Probably the most strain I feel is on dips due to all the pressure on my elbows.

I have no pain unless I hit my knee on somethings and I still put ice and stretch a lot to recover as fast as possible.

I went off Smolov to go back on 5/3/1 so the workload has decreased. Legs improved a lot after 2 months of squats as you can see and I started to deadlift again last week after 5 months. Still pretty weak but I'm in no hurry because I plan on doing a meet in 5 months or so.
