but yeah, I'm gonna work as hard as I can for 1,500 before December. Seems crazy but with the size I gained over the past couple years, I hope it comes a little quicker than before.

Alright spent like all day talking to half naked men online

Squat is not the easiest exercise to maintain form when performed at high reps.

did 380 for 5 on squats,
