well it's definitely not the different grip thing.. it appears bench pressing.. and some random pain once in a while while sitting still.. so im guessing tendinitis or something else? what is the treatment? what exercises can i do or can't i do.. guide me trough this thnx..

Hey there.

You could have a number of injuries. Tendinitis is the most likely choice although. I would recommend you go to a chiropractor (best choice) or to your primary care physician and he will refer you to a specialist to ensure this gets taken care of properly.

I am not allowed to provide you with any official medical advice (for legal reasons - I am not an M.D. yet).

In the meantime, try Ice/Anti-Inflammatories/Rest.

this was my issue that I got 10 days ago and I asked you about it a couple of days after and you responded to it telling me to see a chriopractor and you told me to avoid chest excercises with a straight bar in particular
I went to see a doctor today. he checked it out and told me it was an inflamation and he said a bunch of things about my shoulder area which I dont remember and he took a look at it asking me where the pain was and examined it so he gave me prescribed medication. He said it should go away in about 10 days.
So is it alright to work upper body now except for chest? cuz for the past 10 days ive been barely going to the gym and when I have, Ive been doing nothing but some lower body exercises..

I would avoid putting ANY stress on that area at all. Even if you have to miss 10 days, it's well worth it for proper recovery without potentially worsening the injury.

hey for a cut diet can you change / tell me if this is ok?

meal 1 - 3 eggs, oatmeal, water
meal 2 - tuna, veggies, 1 slice whole grain bread
meal 3 - salmon, veggies
workout
meal 4 - PWO shake
meal 5 - chicken breast , veggies
meal 6 - cottage cheese

does everything look ok? also how much VEGGIES should i be having with each meal? i eat my veggies raw, and organic btw.

ALSO what would be better to have AFTER i workout, chicken or the salmon ? and what can i replace the salmon with on some days (shits expensive) aside from eggs though. Thanks

Hey there...for a non-keto cutting diet it looks fine. Salmon is fine at meal 3 or even at the PWO meal. As long as you keep the shake PWO you're good. Overall solid plan, let me know how it works.

Yes, and growth hormones as well. All compound movements at the gym that affect a lot of muscle groups do this. The more weight the better.

breakfast:

proteins:

Protein shake, lean ham or bacon, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, or any lean meat.

carbs:

Cream of Wheat/Farina, Whole grain cereal (w/ 2% milk), granola, whole grain bread, orzo, pastina, or brown rice cakes.

Sample breakfast w/o oats or eggs:

1 cup greek yogurt w/ cinnamon + 1 whole banana sliced on top of 1 slice of whole grain toast with peanut butter (power butter preferably)

carb recipes:

Brown rice + black beans, cooked with onions + salsa + garlic = epic.

Lentils cooked with a tomato base with onions + green peppers = amazing.

Red potatoes, sliced, put on oven sheet, and bake with olive oil + oregano + rosemary + garlic (until crispy) = legendary.

give them a shot!

Looking to go from 140 to 150 by july and continue to gain from there.

( I was 120 like a year ago but decided to bulk hard and gained 20 lbs in 2.5 months) got kinda lazy and did just enough to keep what i did gain.

Each day i (will) spend about 1.5 hours hitting the gym along with 30 minutes of indoor soccer and volleyball.

Day 1: Chest/Triceps
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Rest cause Homework/School/Work
Day 4: Back/Biceps
Day 5: Abs shoulders.

Trust me ill eat enough and have a PWO shake.

any general tips? and yes im skinny thats why i want to bulk up a bit more. I did it once i know I can do it again.
