Did some close grip bench pressing off a 2 board yesterday, it was honestly a great day with the crew everyone was hitting gym pr's my friend spotting deadlifted 765 and other pal hit 635 beltless.

just going to bomb you guys with a few more vids posted weight was 385-365-345-275 :thumbsup:

Also, i upgraded my phone from a samsung galaxy note 5 to a galaxy S9+ and i am pretty happy with how the quality of my vids are now

stop doing that gay tuck your legs shit. you're searching for core stability on the bench by reefing back on your feet and pulling abdominals/connective tissue into eccentric tension. plant your feet and ass, and use your abdominals to pull your rib cage down like a real man. 100x better stability, and none of the gay arching tension-hunting behaviour
