Do you have a Acne-friendly cutting diet?

I read the acne guide already but I'm trying to cut and get rid of my acne at the same time.

If possible a list of non-acne friendly foods that I should avoid would be nice

Ok so since I have stubborn biceps, can I add an extra arm day on chest day?
I was thinking of doing more high reps/squeezing on this day and then doing my heavy day still which is 4 days later.

What kind of exercises/sets/reps you think I should do for this extra bicep day?
Right now on my heavy day I'm doing BB curls, ez bar curls and DB conc curls.

Such as, what key items should I be looking at; such as protein shakes, ect. to help maintain.

You should maintain a regular diet...but increase total calories by about 500 on those days.

The extra 500 should be:

1 protein shake (40g)
2 servings of fruit (1 apple + 1 banana or anything else)
2 servings of veggies (any)
1 serving of complex carbs (1 cup brown rice, 1 cup pasta, 2 slices whole grain bread, etc)
4 oz meat (chicken/turkey/steak) or 4 eggs + 2 egg whites or 1 can of tuna

The cutting diet IS acne friendly. You need to follow the acne guide AND the cutting diet simultaneously. If you notice, there really isn't anything on the cutting diet that would cause acne - only things that would help reduce it. The cleaning and preventative measures illustrated in the acne guide should be followed while cutting for maximum effect.

Yes you definitely can.

The extra day, if you plan to train volume that day, should be like this:

Arm Blaster EZ-Bar curls (5 sets of failure reps of medium/heavy weight)
Olympic bar negative curls (throw the weight up to the top, then let it down literally as slow as possible and repeat) - you should use about 85% of your 1-2RM on this and go for 8-10 reps with 5 sets
Seated DB hammer curls (slow form on the way down and keep the elbows in) 5 sets of 8-12 reps medium/heavy weight

Hey raynor, my bench press seriously sucks, i can only bench 165pounds 5x5
I need a routine that would focus on chest and arms. I already know what exercises but not the days ,could you make me a quick one please?

I woke up this morning and thought my trap was torn in half. I don't know if it was the way I slept on it or what exactly? I have a chiropractor appointment on monday. The chiropractor (My aunt) said it will probably have to be referred elsewhere, but she would have to see :(

Maxing on deads.... feels bad man...
