Is it ok to sell diablo 2 names? Some users say its ok but rules imo say not.. Is there any mod who can tell 100% correct info

They are fine as long as they don't include the account itself or require the account login details.

Deleting the character with the name so that another user can make it is still fine.

Any on account service/trade (name trade included) is an illegal trade. This was recently updated on our side due to blizzards new ToS

Read my edit, i didnt phrase it well enough.
You can trade a name as long as no account or character is traded.
If user A delete the character and user B remakes it on his own account we allow that.

But trading the actual account is illegal and having the owner of the name login to your account to make it for you when he deletes it is also forbidden.

Its is needed to change in Trade Rules more specific info,

Account Trades, Account Accessing Trades..

The main way of name trading is no longer safe so the only legit way to do it is by offering to delete/remake ( post 7 )

IMO the rules do not need changed because it is not a name trade, Its a i will pay you to delete you char name
