aw the 1 week i had no plans
e/i didnt gain any exp last week and cant gain any this week will i get disqualified?

Any 2 week period without exp results in disqualification.

If you were to PM him however, I don't know if that changes things or not.

You get a free pass for having 200m exp. You will not be punished for zero gain this week.
