Basic Competition Mechanics and Rules

• It will be decided upon exp gained, not levels
  
• Every 10th week will be Slayer. All others will be randomly chosen
  
• The same skill cannot be chosen 2 weeks in a row. After this it may be re-chosen
  
• Minimum of 250k exp is required before being eligible for a prize for EoC Skill Competitions. Minimum of 100k exp is required before being eligible for a prize for Old School competitions.
  
• All skills except Summoning are possible for EoC competitions. All skills are possible for Old School competitions.
  
• The skill selected for the EoC competition will be the same for Old School competitions. In the event that the EoC skill does not exist in Old School Runescape, a different random skill will be selected for the Old School competition.
  
• Runescape high scores are P2P only, therefore your account must be P2P to compete
  
• If you get caught macroing, you will not be able to sign in for 4 weeks, 12 weeks for the 2nd time you get caught and after that if you continue to cheat, you will be permanently banned.
  
• For obvious reasons Locked users cannot participate.
  
• Anyone who changes name midweek will be disqualified and need to re-signup for the next week.

Please note that any drama or fuss made about prizes will result in the suspension from the competition, no questions asked.

• When signed up, you will be included in the following competition, not the current.
  
• You must gain a minimum of 1 experience in at least one of two competition-weeks, or you will be removed. This experience can be in either competition. [You may re signup if you wish]
  
• You may only have one account signed up for both competitions. Once a competition has started, you will not be able to change your name until the following week.
  
• If you start unranked and remain unranked in a skill, it will count as 0 exp.

Xp Tracking and Prizes:

• You don't need to post your xp - it will be automatically tracked
  
• Prizes are as follows:
  • #1: 70.00 Forum Gold
    
  • #2: 50.00 Forum Gold
    
  • #3: 30.00 Forum Gold

Funding of these prizes comes from the donations of other users. Thank you to those who have helped this competition to continue operating!

Champion of the Month:

• For every competition that a user wins in a row, he/she will receive a 20fg boost in the prize. This boost is not cumulative.
  
• If a person is champion for at least 4 times in a row, in a single calandar month [not over two], that user becomes Skill champion of the month, and receives a 250 forum gold prize. All 4 wins must be from the same competition to be eligible, EoC or Old School.
  
• If no one gets champion the prize will remain unclaimed.
  
• There will be no bonus events for skill comp champions
