1. What is a Mediator?

A Mediator is a trusted person who can assist you with your trades. They will hold your items or forum gold untill the trade is done.

*Trusted/Members++ that don't have a Mediator tag can also assist with trades if it is needed.

2. How do you request a Mediator?

*Please make sure that both players are already in the game and are ready to trade before you request a Mediator


3. What happens after you pushed the button?

A Mediator will send you a PM and ask you if you still need a Mediator.
Please send him a PM back with the following information:

• A link to both user’s profiles
• Charnames of both users
• Information about what you are going to trade (for example: Guild Wars Gold for Forum Gold etc.)
• The location where you want to meet
*Please make sure to meet at a place that every person can go to because Mediators often do not have all 3 versions of GW. You could for example go to Kamadan or The Temple of Balthasar

4. How does a mediation work?

The Mediator must PM back both users and will tell them his charname. The Mediator will join your game and hold your Forum Gold / Guild Wars Gold / Items and exchange the stuff between both traders.

*Please make sure to not trade any items before a Mediator PMed you a confirmation about the trade.
