This is a small Guide about how to request a Mediator via PM.
As a first site-note:
It is always better to request a Mediator via the
"Request Mediator"
Button in your topic.
Simply click the button on top of your topic.
Your topic will be shown in the Mediator Queue. Once a Mediator has time he will delete the Topic from the Queue and PM you for the mediation.
Please be patient, it could take some time until someone responses to your request.
I clicked the button but nobody answered me, what can I do now?
- Wait at least 30minutes after you requested a Mediator
- If nobody answered you, you can try to PM a Mediator
- Check the
Active Mediator List
of your realm and choose any Mediator who is online at the moment
- Make sure to PM only ONE Mediator
- Make sure to include as much information as you can. It can be very frustrating to receive a PM which only includes a Gamename without any information about the Realm/Core.
• A link to your trade topic (the topic where you agreed on the trade)
• A link to your profile
• A link to the other trader’s profile
• Information about what will be traded (items for Forumgold etc.)
• Information about Realm/Core
• Make sure that both players are already in the game and wait for the Mediator
This is an example of a good PM:
Thanks for your time!
Always try to get a Mediator. It may take some time but it avoids the risk of getting scammed
