Don't mind it at all, prefer to play the Oilers than the Kings since talbot decides to be a vezina goalie only against the canucks and their system just straight up counters ours.

we're a pretty slow team aside from a few players but we're structured enough to keep players from blowing past coverage. can't beat a trap if we fall behind but we're good playing vs skilled teams.

Oilers would definitely have to be favorites with Demko out and Pettersson pulling his Casper routine.

Canucks match up well against the Oilers stylistically but McDavid and Draisaitl are simply gamebreakers.

Unless whatever goalie we have is on fire, we probably won't be able to score enough to win the series.

So many times he gets the puck and he's just standing there like his controller disconnected. He just gotta simplify his fucking game and just play. Why not? Hughes is clearly hurt and more banged up from being targeted every single game. He's clearly not 100% but he still looks "normal" and the very least showing why he's elite.
Petey is considered an elite player, so hes gotta start acting like it instead of feeling sorry for himself and blaming himself.

It's insane how fragile his mind is, liek if he thought of something and something magical happens, his confidence goes 200% and goes back to being himself. However, if he hits a post or it goes the other way resulting in a goal, he's gonna dwell on it and think like the world is over, it's all his fault, throw himself a pity party, and play like shit til he gets over it.
If he scores tonight, media is gonna be like Petey is in fact, 90% but still not 100%. ridiculous.
