The 3rd, mainly because it introduced Sirius and the relationship between him and Harry, even if it was short lived, i think was some of the best part of the story.

Anyways I voted for Deathly Hallows-part 2 because that is the most recent one I have seen but any after the 2nd movie could take my vote.
