Following on from previous Tournaments and due to popular demand, im starting another LvL 49 Tournament. Minimum number of players needed here is 8. The core rules are in the 49 Event located here: http://forums.d2jsp.org/events.php?e=94792.

There were a few minor alterations, i.e. reduced rules for assa, removed the option of gaze on bowa. one thing to note that while its not in the rules, java's are still allowed 45% DR (if any join). If you want to discuss any rule, pm me or make a seperate topic, dont post in this topic.

As most of you know there are several users who are consistently being overly disruptive. As I have little or no control of their actions I would ask people to refrain from reacting to their spam. If needed I will ask a moderator to request them to stop spamming the topic.

the simple fact is that bowa's have won almost 1/2 of all the tournaments hosted, I have to make it harder for bowa's to win. allowing gaze in the previous tournament was an oversight, but feel free to discuss - via pm or seperately. I would consider gaze GM vs pala but for the purposes of the tournaments, I want to, where possible, get more builds into the finals.
