The first round will probably feature everyone vs everyone (depending on numbers) or 2 big groups. I will make a KO Stage based on scores. We require a minimum of 16 players. As usual, my profile for rules. Still refining them. I will be enforcing timeouts, so think carefully before putting your name down!

Note the inclusion of the following rules, all of which have been amended since the previous tournament:

1. THE MAIN RULE: Above all, No Rage / Flame / Pissing contests. Be advised: you will be banned.
2. You cannot remake, restat, use tokens or unperm gear.
3. If any player forfeits all his groupstage duels, I will replace that player where possible, with a suitable replacement. A player that completes at least 1 duel in the groupstage, but forfeit's the rest, will be classed as TKO'D vs all remaining opponents. Any player that withdraws from the tournament of his own violition, will not be allowed back in (too disruptive).
4. Breaking any single rule constitutes either a warning or a ban, depending on the severity. Breaking multiple rules or being overly disruptive constitutes a disqualification.
14. VS Blizzard: A maximum of 225 cold res, ES builds can have a maximum of 200 cold res. VS Frozen Orb: Subtract 50 cold res from each of the aformentioned builds.
16. The maximum fire res any char can have is 85 or 1 item of absorb. Libbys' and bowa's may only use 80 fire res. ESSorc's can use 85Fire res, Vita Sorcs can use 80Fire res.
25. Insight is allowed on anything that does not use energy shield. Harmony is allowed on any character class except assassin or barbarian.
27. Amazons that have 1 point or more in guided arrow can only use a maximum of 110 FRW vs all builds.

char isn't done yet but i will try to finish it until the tour. i will join with iFissure on *Perz as a lvl 49 armageddon/fissure druid.
i'm not aiming for the ko round, i'm only looking for some fun duels.
