That's something ive actually never heard... unless by the sugar not being the enemy you simply mean that you just need to exercise to counteract the calorie intake. But still havent heard about the fasting thing being a good choice, unless again you simply mean something like just consuming less calories. Still curious lmk pls

So glad I quit this game. So tiring to always have to deal with toxic behaviour and be stuck with those people for at least 20 minutes.

This thread actually is a nice crossection through the lol playerbase though.

Wtf is my thread like where you ask questions about random league concepts? Lol. A slow push is designed to build up a large creep wave over time so that it will eventually push into the enemy at the time that you want to take a cross map objective. For example you may want to slow push bottom if your objective is tier 2 top as it will force someone to respond bottom or they will lose the bot tier 2 to the slow push anyway, plus lose a lot of gold/exp from the massive wave. This is also done to meet up with the wave later as well. So pushing mid then rotating bot to "meet" with the bot wave when the enemy defends the wave mid.

You create a slow push my killing the enemy caster minions for a wave or two but NOT killing their melees. Their melee minions act as a wall to slow down your waves without really doing much damage to your minions.
