Alright, for starters this guide is only for east NL until I found out what items to use on ladder and europe/west NL to replace the east NL items in here.
This guide will tell you what items to use, what skills to put in, and what attributes to put in.

Items against casters (necros, hammys, etc.):
Armor - Enigma
Helm - Shako or 2 o/s coa (put what jewels/runes you think would help you on the coa)
Belt - Verdungos
Rings - Rune Master ring + 20 dex/230+ar raven
Amulet - Armageddon Slippers
Gloves - Dracul's Grasp
Boots - Grim Spurs
Weapon - Any grief pb
Shield - Up'd HoZ
Switch - Cta + any spirit pally shield
Charms - 2-4x Pcombs w/FHR, rest with 20 life scs, ptorch, anni OR 9x Pcombs w/life, rest with 20 life scs, ptorch, anni

Items against melee (ww barbs, smiters, etc.):
Armor - Enigma OR Btals
Helm - 2 o/s coa (put what jewels/runes you think would help you on the coa) OR Shako
Belt - Verdungos
Rings - Rune Master ring + 20 dex/230+ar raven
Amulet - Armageddon Slippers
Gloves - Dracul's Grasp
Boots - Grim Spurs
Weapon - Any grief pb
Shield - Up'd HoZ
Switch - Cta + any spirit pally shield

Items against cold chars:

Rings - 2x ravens
Amulet - Armageddon Slippers
Gloves - Dracul's Grasp
Boots - Grim Spurs
Weapon - Any grief pb OR 35%ias+/390+ grief zerker
Shield - Up'd HoZ
Switch - Cta + any spirit pally shield
Charms - 2-4x Pcombs w/FHR, rest with 20 life scs, ptorch, anni OR 9x Pcombs w/life, rest with 20 life scs, ptorch, anni
Aura to use - Resist Light

Items against fire chars:
Armor - Enigma
Helm - 2 o/s coa (put what jewels/runes you think would help you on the coa, I personally chose ber/cham so I don't have to worry about using a raven)
Belt - Verdungos
Rings - 2x dwarfs
Amulet - Armageddon Slippers
Gloves - Dracul's Grasp
Boots - Hotspurs
Weapon - Any grief pb OR 35%ias+/390+ grief zerker
Shield - Up'd HoZ
Switch - Cta + any spirit pally shield
Charms - 2-4x Pcombs w/FHR, rest with 20 life scs, ptorch, anni OR 9x Pcombs w/life, rest with 20 life scs, ptorch, anni

Skills:
20 Smite
20 Holy Shield
20 Charge
20 Fantacism
1 Resist Light
1 Salvation
Rest into vigor

Attributes:
Strength - 0
Dexterity - Enough to use grief pb and maybe 20 extra dex if you plan to use grief pb with sorb gear
Vitality - All into this after you have enough dex to use grief zerker
Energy - 0

If you do decide to use sorb gear, you will obviously not hit the fhr bp, you will still take damage but not as much as if you wore no sorb gear, and your % max block will decrease. I suggested to put 20 more into dex or until you get max block with your sorb gear.

Also, I use two different CoAs just in case you guys are wondering why the light and fire setup is different from the cold setup.

You should be around level 80 to get every skill, I'm lazy to add them all up.

If you'd like to duel against my smiter, just ask.

Future Tests/Updates:
- Testing to see if resist cold and resist fire aura helps when using cold or fire sorb gear.
- Useable on all realms and on ladder

Wouldn't A 30/400 Grief Pb Be Better Then A 35+/xxx? You Can Get The Last Bp With 30Ias On A Pb.

Points Into Resist Lightning Will Help More Then Points Into Vigor. 1 Is Enough For It.

I guess any grief pb would do, but I just like using 35%ias+ias rather than 30%ias/390+dmg.

If I don't use sorb gear, I'll have max block. I had to take out rune master and raven, when I use dual sorb rings, which is like -34 dex.

Vigor adds damage into charge which will help when you're charging vs fc cs zons or defensive light sorcs.
I'm sure a few extra damage taken from light chars won't make a difference. I still kill them with ease even when they're in a party.

i would rather use a ik glove than a drac
20str 20dex = 40vit = 120life or 200+life after bo vs 5%tap 25%ow
5%tap is way too minimal in duels where 5-6 smites can kill nearly all characters
25%ow i also find pointless in pvp smite rather have more life

30life pcombs > 20life scs cause 1pcomb skill > 30life

and wat franchise said no need for 35ias on a pb 30 is enough

unless u plan on prebuffing bo or mara>slipper

25 + 20 (Torch) + 20 (Anni) + 17 (Slippers) + 20 (Raven) + 14 (Rune Master) = 96

I've never tried using ik gloves before, though maybe I should test it out.
Even though 5% tap is low, I've been "saved" in duels with tap, without it I'd probably die vs good barbs pretty easily.
Though, I'm a pretty offensive dueler. I'm a tele smiter.

I've tried using pcombs w/30 life, I seem to always have less life than when I have most 20 life scs. Though the damage + life is good, you'll do the 3k smite and get the extra life compared to losing 700 smite damage and gaining only the life.

I guess my build is based on what I prefer.

I have 73% block atm with sorb gear, so maybe I didn't add up the dex correctly with sorb gear on.
Plus, I never used perf stat anni/ptorch.

yea its true i know everyone has their own dueling style and wat they find more important
but 1 thing i like to point out is that its not onli 700dmg ure losing its 700dmg on screen but an extra 1500+ hidden dmg lost from grief without the pcombs

I guess I'll add in the pcombs w/lifers as a second choice if you don't want to lose the extra damage.
