true that with those items you would pwn classic. But not near! the way you would pwn LoD with perf LoD items..
A pala with those items on hc cl can still die due to a t/o. A pala with perf LoD equip will never die, unless it gets pked
(nice all those hack users on LoD)


It can't compared like e-sport(like starcraft) but this is best pvp game i've ever seen for Action GDR(Hack'n SLash)
Classic Pre-LoD was an incredible time.
I agree with you Classic is a lil hard because there are not shop and it's pvm is just for noob(gdr die on classic) , only paladin , sorc for hot(and killing viz) ,barba for bo rest sux , only nec some times for make decript. On lod is hard to complete a character is more than you can expect if all people dont buy items.
Players in the beginning make a gosu tournament lik SWAR(SANCTUARY WAR) , postreality(yes the actually EuroPvP).
BvB Classic is 2.5/4 items 1,5 skill. LoD BvB 3/4 items 1/4 skill and rofl bvb classic with OW is more luck oriented than you think more than LoD one.
AvA(The best skilled duel i've ever seen on my life on this game) classic is 1/4 items 3/4 skil..l Lod AvA 2,7/4 items 1.3 skill.

Are you sure of you talking about ? ''Only BvB'' , NvN classic was another skilled match. Paladin vs Amazon another gosuness match. BvA Classic another skilled match(yes i'm best of this duel).

Are you sure ? or you aren't skilled to play competitive ?

there are 2 different types to play duel..
offensive
defensive

99% of the dumbass duellers (both CL and LoD)
play defensive..
which is no duel at all... you just have to rely on the impantience of your enemy. Not your own duelling skills.

And that is why simple bvb is the only true form of duel, because both players just stand next to eachother, and ww.
Without any lame defensive crap..

That is why I started a classic hc channel without any hack users: op HC-2

but start hc-cl-eu once you played for like 40 a 60 hours you will start to like it more and more...

About loader is another good discussion if it cheating.
But without any doubt buy items with online shop and fg from d2jsp is cheating for real money , this is sad but true cancer of this game and others like world of warcraft , they destroy the economy of the game.

You can't say that if the game allow you to use determinate style of gameplay.
You can't say what is good and what is not.
All the rules are made by blizzard. Blizzard allow you to determinate what is manner and not but always you play with other people and you need to respect their manner rules.
Manner is another discussion maybe i talking about that in the future.
Do you pretend amazon dont run vs barbarian ?

You obviously know nothing, but you can feel the game as you prefer.

Simply because ppls don't use hacks there, and it is much harder to play than LoD with all your overpowered items.
In LoD all you have to do is reach 80, then you are practicly immortal.
Just standing at baal's minions leeching, no skill in required.
Getting 9X is no hard job at all.


In classic you need to kill diablo, so much more skill is required.
You also need to work together to spawn Diablo.
And it is much harder to get a high lvl.

classic sc yes, but europe classic hardcore is probably the most hack free core/realm

Lod and Classic are different game.

Softcore and Hardcore is full cheater like both part(Classic and LoD)

Too many people use farcast on classic.
