Armour backpack gives u ballistic defence while high capacity gives u more carry weight, better to have both so u can fast travel when ur too heavy.

Have all the items u after besides Chinese Stealth armor, u need to do quest for it, or but it at vendor after u do quest.

For weps and armor u gotta let me know which 1 ur after cuz there lots of stars/legendaries for it but I can help pick if u want.
