My monitors are 144hz and 165hz.

Mostly I am just looking for the best value per specs of the card. So for instance. Candy showed me one Radeon ASrock RX6900XT. Its $680 and from what I read its doing just as good if not better than most 3090s.

That is the scale I would like to be used. Best performance for the best price.

Yeah but best value would be optimized knowing your resolution.

If you're just running 1080P/144hz-165hz then an RX6900XT/3090 is a waste of money, there really is no such thing as a generic best value card.. for certain resolutions and hz, then yes you can target certain GPU's for best value

I wouldn't personally be buying AMD GPUs in the 6000 series as it's been over 50 days since they've had any driver support, the prices are great but they have left customers wondering what's going on

3090 is a faster card than RX6900XT

source? are you talking ray tracing? because then yes 3090 out performs as its native

0 driver support for over 50 days, looks like it was last updated two days ago

3090 is also $1500 vs. a 6900xt around 800-900

sorry, it was actually longer than 50 days, as the last driver update was Dec 12, 2022 (previous to 2 days ago) so what 71 days? lmao

I think the prices are awesome, just believe people should be informed as well

we're getting way off the chart of OP's request for a best value card, but in reference to these 2... you'd be better off with a 4070 ti for the price

i suggest you read the history of userbenchmark
some helpful googling "userbenchmark biased"

we can agree that the 4070ti is probably a better choice for driver support and i'm not well versed with their newer cards, but looks like that would be better with more recent driver support, similar vram, and performance/availability.

Thats the card i was talking about. Not the $1300 one you posted. Obviously this card is sold out but price wise sounds like a great value.

I know I am not doing anything that demanding besides gaming but the goal would be to get a card that will be good for years to come thats not $1000+.

I bought a gtx 970 and it did its job for almost 10 years. At the time I bought it, it cost me $400. Id say at the time I felt it was expensive but I got almost 10 years out of it. Great value.

The 3060 I have currently has already shown some issues so I am going to spend around $700-$800 and just get a better card. My processor will like me more if I get a slightly more powerful card.

True, they are massive intel supporters and they do favor Nvidia, but it is a good scope utilized with other useful information
