it would be a set time to win the item at that price but other people can overbid and take over the d/l.

this charm will go for more than 5k imo. high stats. hh usable, dex which we all know goes for much more than str and lvl 45 usable to mq

So true, but I would like to see the History of this item, I think it was bought cheap and being sold at higher prices... forgot the terminology of a trader that buys cheap and sells items off higher.

Personally... this item is only worth like 6k ... it is not a Wild Heal... and yes it can be used on a Headhunter, but a Guardian feeder class can not use it, even though the stats are awesome... it is only 99.99% usable for all classes as it is lightning, Wild Heal it would be 100% usable and helpful even if the character doesn't have a heal charm in ACC slot and can use it as a heal on Main slot even though their int is not high or the mana pool is shit. It helps.
