Hi. I have a question about food that is marinated. Before you cook it, do you wash off the marinade? Or is it supposed to stay on. Thanks.

its suppose to stay on. nobody washes off a marinade.

It depends on the marinade and how long your marinate it for.

i once tried adding vodka after the steaks were marinated and it was great :o
