When I was 9, my worn out rain boots were covered in pond film and wet clay from having fun catching and releasing frogs as well as minnows. Friends and I were doing silly tricks with skateboards and bicycles which often led to dislocated fingers and huge gashes on our knees and elbows. School was furthest from our little minds.

well dont get me wrong, he seems like a really nice kid and im always happy when i see something actually nice and wholesome on tv, instead of the usual "which celebrity pissed on a fan on concert"

Yea I think the best thing to do here is to ignore these kinds of headlines. More than anything, this kid still needs to figure out who he is as a human being, and that will simply take time and experience. It doesn't help if the media and a bunch of random people are placing erroneous expectations on him.

He needs guidance and space to grow- not fame or ego inflation.
