i didnt find it OP before, was lame and slow in comparison to light sorc. cant even imagine how slow it will be after this nerf. you propably can boil egg wile waiting for this blizzard to kill things.

tokens are relatively cheap, you also get 3 resets from the Den of Evil quests; until you have an Infinity - Light sorc doesnt do shit better than a cold sorc.

I'm wondering if somehow you just failed at building a basic cold sorceress.. because they rape.. easily.

you don't really need an infinity now with sunders, though ofc i agree with cold being the best very early on

They should have changed it to add cold dmg % and not reduce current effect of -% to 1/5

You think so? By making that change they would make cold sorc almost the same as lightning sorc, you would need -res from items, sunder and infinity to make her endgame powerhouse

I think this would be a good change. It would make her OK in early game and rly good with good items in endgame p8 content
